| Mission |
Our mission for the IMPACT ministry is to enhance the overall ministry of Greater Missionary Baptist Church. To live a life of non-reproach, for the purpose of fulfilling The Great Commission as mandated by Jesus Christ (Matthew 28; 18-20).
By operating in the spirit of excellence, the ministry will strive to enlighten precepts of faith through studying the Word of God and the affirming of their gifts, empowering and equipping young adults with the “whole armor of God”, in order to develop and implement personal and spiritual growth, thereby encouraging this generation to inherit their place in the Kingdom of God. |

| Vision Statement |
The first and foremost part of the vision is to fulfill the Great Commission as recorded in Matthew 28:18-20 and in Acts 1:8. The vision is for us:
To encourage growth in areas of self-discipline, self-assurance, leadership and love for God.
To provide a forum that will enhance self-esteem and establish a support system through open communication.
To equip through a biblical foundation and practical methods the understanding and meaning of a true relationship with God, helping to discover his purpose for their lives.
To teach our young adults how to live life to its fullest by having good morals, budgeting principles, social graces, preparatory college skills and to make good career choices.
To minister to and equip the total person for a complete and rewarding life both spiritually and naturally.
To discern what Gods will is for their lives which lines up with the overall vision of Greater missionary.
To prepare students by spiritually equipping them with the power of prayer and the knowledge and application of the Word of God.
To establish an outreach ministry beyond the borders of GMBC to impact communities on a local, national and global level. |
